Incoloy 825 round bars have high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress cracking in harsh chloride conditions. Sangeeta Metal Corporation caters to these vital industries and it has state-of-the-art testing facilities to supply the high-quality nickel alloy products. Their approved round bars can handle high temperatures without scaling to provide reliable machinability and clean weldability for demanding pressure-bearing components.
UNS N08825 Round Bars has good mechanical properties from moderately to high temperatures. The hot-working range for these WNR 2.4858 Bars is 1600 Deg F to 2150 Deg F. Meanwhile, the material of the same has good weldability by all conventional processes. We offer these Incoloy Alloy 825 products in custom-made shapes and sizes as per the requirements given by our clients, and that too at an affordable and market leading prices.

Hastelloy C276 achieves its corrosion coverage through a high molybdenum content (15–17%) that blocks pitting initiation in chloride media and a chromium level (14.5–16.5%) that sustains the passive oxide layer under oxidising conditions. The alloy resists crevice corrosion in stagnant zones, stress corrosion cracking under tensile load, and oxidation in gas streams above 1000°C. Tensile strength exceeds 690 MPa in the annealed condition, supporting high-load machined components like valve stems, pump shafts, and flanged fittings. Weldability and machinability meet standard nickel alloy fabrication procedures without special heat treatment cycles.
Chemical processing reactors and heat exchanger tubesheets handling hydrochloric, sulfuric, and phosphoric acid media consume the largest portion of C276 bar production. Pollution control scrubbers processing acidic flue gas streams specify C276 for wetted internal components that must survive both the gas chemistry and high-pressure water wash cycles. Waste incineration plants use it for residue handling equipment operating above 800°C. Marine offshore applications include valve stems and pump shafts in seawater service. Pharmaceutical plants select C276 bars for reactor agitator shafts and seal housings where chlorinated cleaning agents contact metal surfaces daily.
We stock Hastelloy C276 round bars in diameters from 5 mm to 500 mm with standard mill lengths of 1,000–6,000 mm and custom cut-to-length available on request. Surface finishes include black (as-forged), bright polished, rough turned, No.4, matte, and BA finish. Forms available: round, square, hex, rectangle, billet, ingot, and forging. All material conforms to ASTM B574 / ASME SB574, UNS N10276, and WNR 2.4819 with full mill test certification.
We source C276 bar stock from certified primary mill producers with full heat-level chemical and mechanical traceability; no secondary or uncertified material enters our inventory. Dimensional tolerances hold to ASTM B574 limits with 100% dimensional inspection before dispatch. Custom diameters, non-standard lengths and surface treatments are available with 2-4 week lead times for non-stocked sizes. Export shipments carry dual certification (ASTM + EN), third-party inspection and country of origin paperwork. Please send us your diameter, length and quantity for stock availability confirmation and a written quotation.

High molybdenum at 15–17% blocks chloride pitting; chromium at 14.5–16.5% sustains oxidation resistance above 1000°C. Tensile strength of 690 MPa minimum suits structural machined components in aggressive chemical service.
Primary applications are chemical reactor internals, heat exchanger tubesheets, pharmaceutical agitator shafts, offshore pump components, flue gas scrubber fittings and waste incinerator handling equipment.
Material conforms to ASTM B574 and ASME SB574. The UNS designation is N10276; the Werkstoff number is 2.4819. Mill test reports cover chemical composition, tensile strength, and hardness for every heat.
Hastelloy C276 is equivalent to UNS N10276, WNR 2.4819, DIN NiMo16Cr15W, and BS NA13. These designations all describe the same nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten alloy chemistry.
